Choosing the Right Step

When choosing the perfect step for your fur baby, you need to take into consideration the following factors:

1) Their age – They might be a youngster now, but what about when they are older? Do you want to buy another set of steps or use what you have already got?

2) Their breed – Some doggies might be fine now with normal stairs. However, some breeds develop ailments as they get older preventing them from using a steep step. Or in the case of a Dachshund, steep steps put a strain on their backs.

3) The height of your bed – The steps don’t need to be the exact same height as your bed. The last step onto the bed can bed the bed itself. When choosing a step, make sure to measure your bed and then have a look at what is available.

All steps are supplied in your choice of either rubber, dark grey carpet, medium grey carpet, or black carpet.

Beazle Steps

These steps are designed for Beagles and Basset Hounds who have longer bodies in relation to their legs, as it puts less strain on their backs. They can also be used for doggies who are not accustomed to using steps. Each step is deep enough for them to be fully on the step before taking the next step up.

Pupleu Steps

These were designed with the dachshund in mind to take the strain off their backs, as well as all the smaller breeds with short legs. They can also be used for doggies who have arthritis or injuries, as the shorter step makes climbing a lot easier for them.
